BEFORE ORDERING VERIFY THE FOLLOWING

• When ordering from any silk plant company make sure the  trees come in a weighted wicker basket, not just foam , plaster or nothing at all.

• The trees should weight from 20lbs.  for the artificial floor plants to 70lbs. for the large silk trees. You want them to stand up on tile or carpet and not fall when someone touches them.

• Make sure you get a response when you call the customer service # or a quick call back from someone who knows what they are talking about.

• Check if they have feedback from customers.

• That you know shipping charges before you give your credit card #.

• Also that the material is in stock and can be shipped within a few days and not months

• That they have a return policy that is not complicated
